Overview

The Fury Blues is the board that brings rhythm to your glide. It keeps the trim, style and flow of a bigger board, but with a constant urge to turn, build speed and play with every section.

Its programme is built for medium waves, the kind where you want paddle power, speed and flow, without being locked into a single line. It gets going easily, accelerates fast and makes you want to link carves with more tempo than a classic longboard.

It’s a board for surfers who like to stay in motion. You can draw out a line, lay into a carve, build speed over a flat section, reposition the board, then move up to the nose when the wave settles into the pocket.

Its feel is very lively. The glide stays smooth, but the handling has that twin-fin character: fast, free and full of rhythm, with just the right amount of hold to push through your turns without losing your line.

The Fury Blues comes in three sizes, three takes on the same concept. In 7’, it becomes compact, reactive and highly mobile. In 8’, it finds a natural balance between paddling, glide and manoeuvrability. In 9’, it delivers a true performance longboard programme, with more movement on the board and more potential on the nose.

It’s not made for trimming straight to the end of the wave. It wants to connect sections, create speed, draw carves and keep style through the transitions. It’s a board that adds depth to everyday sessions.

What makes it special is that rare blend of longboard glide and playful handling. You keep the drawn-out lines, elegance and enjoyment of footwork, but with a board that’s livelier, more rhythmic and easier to throw around.

OUTLINE

The outline combines a longboard-inspired front end with a more playful tail. The nose brings paddling, glide and presence under the front foot, while the effective length delivers more projection, down-the-line speed and efficient wave entry.

Depending on the size, the feel changes significantly: more compact and agile in 7’, more balanced in 8’, more performance longboard in 9’. You still get real manoeuvrability, without losing the pleasure of glide.

ROCKER

The rocker matches the board's hybrid programme: enough glide to keep speed down the line, enough curve to avoid locking the ride into one track through direction changes.

This balance lets you link sections with rhythm. The board gets going easily, accelerates, repositions itself and keeps a fluid feel in medium waves.

BOTTOM

The channels on the bottom streamline the flow and add drive. They boost acceleration, especially through flat or less powerful sections, without needing to push hard through your turns.

This hull keeps the board flowing between manoeuvres. The board holds its speed, builds speed naturally and keeps that fast, lively feel that defines its identity.

TAIL

The tail carries over the Fury spirit with a fluid, playful round tail. It frees up the carves, makes rail-to-rail transitions easier, and delivers a more mobile feel than a wide, high-lift tail.

This tail lets you turn tighter, build speed naturally, and keep a smooth transition between turns. The board keeps its glide, but becomes far more lively.

RAILS

The rails follow the Fury Blues hybrid brief: fairly soft up front to preserve glide, comfort and a smooth ride, then more refined through the tail to support your foot pressure and free up the carves.

This transition makes it a board that’s easy to bring to life under your feet. You can draw out a line, roll rail-to-rail, build speed through a flat section and keep that fast, playful and natural feel that defines the concept.

Single Tab connection: simple, direct and solid

The Single Tab system features a single, extended base on each fin. This design creates a solid connection with the fin box, making installation simple, fin changes quick, and power transfer exceptionally direct.

On the water, the benefits are immediate. The board responds instantly, the fins work without unwanted play, and every input translates into drive, grip and control. This is especially valuable on high performance boards, where precise feedback is essential at high speeds and through committed turns.

The Single Tab system also makes it easy to fine tune your setup for different conditions. Changing fin size, template or flex lets you refine the board's feel in just a few moments. It provides a clean, durable and efficient connection, allowing you to unlock the full potential of the shape.

Good to know: Single Tab fin boxes are only compatible with Single Tab fins.

What for?

To turn medium waves into a fluid, creative playground. The Fury Blues gets going easily, builds speed, crosses flat sections and keeps its pace between manoeuvres.

Its programme blends longboard glide with a playful ride. You can surf drawn-out lines, step back onto the tail to accelerate, build speed through the soft parts, then move forward again when the section allows it.

It’s not designed for pure longboard noseriding, nor for charging very hollow waves like a Zero or a Moodgun. Its appeal lies elsewhere: speed, flow, carves, speed build-up and riding pleasure.

What board size?

The Fury Blues comes in 7’0, 8’0 and 9’0, with volumes from 50L to 70L. Each size offers a different take on the same concept.

The 7’0 is the most compact, lively and agile. It suits surfers looking for a feel closer to a playful midlength, with plenty of manoeuvrability and speed build-up.

The 8’0 is the most balanced size. It keeps the paddling, glide and comfort, while still being easy to move through carves and transitions.

The 9’0 leans further into the performance longboard programme. It offers more range, more movement on the board and more potential on the nose, while keeping the lively side of the Fury Blues concept.

What are the ideal waves?

Size: small to medium waves, up to around head-high depending on your level and the spot.

Power: it likes soft to average waves, with enough line to accelerate, connect sections and build speed without forcing it.

Shape: it works very well in clean or slightly imperfect waves, especially when there are flat sections to cross and carves to draw.

It’s a board built around pace: the more room the wave gives you to move, reposition and build speed, the more interesting it becomes.

What fin setup?

The Fury Blues is designed around a tri-fin Single Tab setup, ideal for a 2+1 twin + trailer style setup. The two main fins deliver the flow, speed and freedom of a twin.

The small centre trailer adds just enough hold to stabilise the board, refine the lines and push through your turns without losing glide.

Choose a subtle trailer to keep a very free and playful feel. Fit a more pronounced trailer if you want more grip, more control and a more reassuring ride when the wave starts to accelerate.

Which shape should you choose?

Choose the Fury Blues if you want a board with a fresh approach, somewhere between a longboard, a midlength and a twin, with loads of flow and a real urge to turn.

Choose the Ten Blues if you want a smoother longboard, more geared towards small waves, easy noserides and continuous glide.
