The FLEXI HEX system

Starting your holiday with a damaged board after a flight is a nightmare, but it's easily avoidable!

To spare you from this unpleasant surprise upon arrival, we highly recommend protecting your board with Flexi-Hex, the same solution we use for shipping all our hard boards.

Flexi-Hex protects everything—rails, deck, nose, and tail—thanks to its honeycomb geometry that creates a 30mm protective layer. This packaging adapts to all board shapes and sizes, and once folded, it takes up no space during your trip.

Just slide your board into a Flexi-Hex, then into a solid boardbag, and you're good to go!

On top of being reusable and fully recyclable, it’s the proven system we use every day to ship our boards all over the world.

How to Maintain Your Boardbag

Sand, salt, and moisture clog and corrode zippers—the main cause of boardbag failure.

To extend your cover’s lifespan, we recommend rinsing the zipper regularly with fresh water, even if it's salt-resistant. The same care should be given to wetsuit zippers.

You can also use Zip Care on your zippers. This maintenance product is perfect for plastic and metal zippers. Its unique brush applicator allows you to apply the product between the zipper teeth and physically remove dirt, salt residue, and dust.

A must-have to stay watertight in all conditions!
