A radical pivot fin designed for short, fast turns and vertical surfing.

Presentation

The Power is the most pivot-oriented and radical fin in the range. Inspired by upright competition templates, it offers maximum responsiveness and precision under the back foot. Its objective is clear: to link tight turns, quick snaps, and explosive transitions in the pocket.

The surface, concentrated towards the base with tapered tips, ensures through turns while allowing the board to release freely when exiting them. This combination offers great precise control.

Its very vertical outline, combined with a solid base and rigid construction, creates a direct connection point. From the moment you engage the rail, the fin responds instantly. The board becomes lively, responsive, and highly reactive. Changes of direction accelerate, lines tighten up, and the surfing becomes more vertical.

The Power performs best on high-performance shortboards and pivot-oriented setups, in fast, hollow or technical waves.

Template

Very upright template with low rake, designed to favor tight turns and instant transitions. This setup makes the fin extremely responsive and allows the surfer to attack each section vertically, even in the steepest and most critical waves.

Base

Relatively wide base providing a strong anchoring point under the back foot. This width allows the surfer’s power to be directly transferred into the water and helps maximize control during snaps and tight turns.

What size?

Fin size mainly depends on the following factors:

body weight
surfer’s style
board volume
surf conditions

A heavier or more powerful surfer will need larger fins to maintain enough surface in the water for grip and control.
