“I only sail strapless surfing or foiling. I have had a lot of sessions recently in big wave conditions and strong winds at home in the Cotentin. I’m really happy with the current Freewave.
The wind range is absolutely insane from the top end to the low range.
As a result, I rarely use the 9. Even in surfing I am very quickly on the 7 and in the same way, I go very quickly from 7 to 5. Guys often make remarks to me like “Jeez you’re still holding on to the 7” or “how did you go upwind with a 7??? “.
It is very precise in surfing, it’s a treat!”
