For whom?
The lowkite Plus is intended for riders who are new to lowkiting and are looking for a simple, safe and accessible solution for their progression. It’s a super scalable freeride lowkite that will allow you to also do your first upwind downwind. It is also ideal for those who want to replace a paddle on a downwind foil board, making starts easier and providing an effective alternative for enjoying bumps effortlessly.
You are looking for a versatile, easy board to start and progress in foiling without having to pump like crazy to take off: the HIPE Like is made for you. In a lowkite, you will have a board with sufficient length and width to calmly gain speed before taking off.
For what ?
The lowkite Plus offers incredible mobility on the water. Its perfect stability allows crazy and easy heading in a wide range of use. Therefore, it facilitates takeoffs on a large board and a generous foil for beginners and it boosts progression on smaller boards with faster foils for already experienced riders.
Its program is simple: propel yourself onto freeride edges, chain together the maneuvers and thanks to its perfect upwind: put the wing away and slide on the foil using the bumps.
Its use therefore ranges from cool freeride to downwind, where it allows you to take off without difficulty before being stored under a lycra or in a small bag. Its stability and gentle power also make it an excellent tool for the first lowkite edges, allowing you to tack without worrying about too demanding wing management. But it is also perfect for strict upwind/downwind use thanks to its excellent upwind performance and its compactness once folded.
What size lowkite?
The Lowkite Plus now covers all sizes from 2 to 6 m², with half sizes for a perfect fit. Choosing your surface becomes simple and intuitive, depending on your size and wind conditions. Thanks to the significantly enlarged upper range, you can take full advantage of more muscular sessions without multiplying the wings in the trunk. A single wing, maximum freedom and performance on the water.
Remember that this is very close to the surface habits in wing.
- Beginner / Safety:Opt for one bigger size to ensure easier takeoff in a moderate wind range. 4m2 in 15/20 knots are a benchmark for the power-ease compromise.
- Experienced / Performance: Lighter or experienced riders can go down in size for better maneuverability, or go up to gain low range with a 5m2 in 10/12 knots.
- Strong winds: Small sizes (3m², 2m²) are suitable for strong winds and riders looking to sail with more control. On harness, the wind range is enormous.

The lowkite
A sturdy and efficient backpack is provided with your lowkite.
Perfectly designed with a wide opening to make storage easy. We chose to make a minimalist bag while allowing the lowkite to fit perfectly inside without difficulty and without creasing the Nylon leading edge stiffeners.
Each bag is equipped with a diagram and mini pigtails for assembling your bar: simple and effective.
The board
- ICS carbon plate.
- Full Double Diamond 5 mm deck pad: non-slip and durable deck covering.
- 2 non-through SCS inserts paired with a carbon fiber rod.
- Foil plate screws: TF M6 T30 screws x4 in 20mm and 25mm with 4 countersunk washers.
- Tail leash plug so you never lose your board.
- High-pressure inflation valve on the nose to facilitate deflation and rolling up the board.
- Rapid double-action pump with multiple nozzles (compatible with a wing).
- Carrying bag with compartments.
- Repair kit (glue not included).
