Description

Collaborative composition from the GONG workshop. Cousin REGULAR of the Cream.

Shape « instinctive », without templates or layouts with tubes in mind during its creation. The whole is sharpen to rip faces and assured in critical areas. However, a good width to the master bau, quite a few nose rocker, centered volume with “Thin Boxy” rails.

End of setup Twin on the tips / Quad on the heels.

Future Boxes - Leash Loop - Tint Cream & Dodgy lines.

Program

The “ Leche Agria » is designed from a perspective of radical surfing, powerful and committed with a ease of use by its moderately broad outline. It will be suitable for a range of medium to solid waves and for various sizes. All of its characteristics tend to surf the rail, in the hollow and exploit the lip vertically and be in the critical energy zone. The combo Twin-Quad offers a good speed and pivot ratio on the toes and increased drive on the heels for draw curves without constraints.

EPS Surf Technology

High-end materials: EPS blank, Epoxy resin, fiberglass. Materials chosen for their suitability to the requirements of our specifications.
100% Epoxy resin board on EPS foam blanks of 28kg/m³ (with 3mm wooden stringer).
Deck detail: 2 layers of 6oz fiberglass, 1 layer of 4oz fiberglass.
Detail of the hull: 1 layer of 6oz fiberglass, 1 layer of 4oz fiberglass, plus 1 patch of 4oz fiberglass reinforcement covering the tail and fin boxes.
Preshape with digital control, shape control using traditional templates, 100% hand finishing.
Matte finish for better glide, less susceptibility to scratches and a comp look.
This technology is easily repairable in the event of a ding, and has an excellent strength/nervousness/weight ratio highlighting all the technical qualities of the shape.
It is THE modern technology, in fiberglass or carbon, currently popular with the most technical surfers looking for the best performance.
These boards are 100% shaped and glassed in our factory in Asia which strictly replicates our methods developed and tested in our workshop in France.
