Opening SCS nuts paired with a carbon fiber rod, designed to be used with 3° rake shims.

These 3° SCS inserts ensure optimal contact between your T-nuts and board rail when using a 3° rake shim.

Without them, the angled shim throws off the T-nut alignment, risking damage to your board’s inserts — but with these, everything stays dialed and power transfer is spot-on.

The marking on the SCS heel shows which side of the rake shim is thicker. In the example below, the thick side of the rake is on the right.
