NEWS: CLEARER PRICING FOR PURCHASES OUTSIDE THE EURO ZONE
Prices displayed in your local currency, including all fees based on your region.
In 2026, we are improving the purchasing experience for our customers located outside the eurozone.
The goal is simple: make pricing clearer, easier to understand, and free of surprises.
From now on, the displayed price will include taxes, customs duties, and handling fees related to importation.
You will know the final price at the time of purchase*.
Shipping costs will continue to be displayed separately.
Everything is automatic! Prices are shown based on the geographic area you are connecting from. See details below👇

A simpler shopping experience
When you purchase from a country outside the eurozone, several elements apply when importing a product:
-
local taxes
-
customs duties in the destination country
-
administrative (handling) fees
Until now, these fees could be charged before delivery or upon receipt, by the carrier or local authorities. We understand that this lack of visibility may have been frustrating and led to unpleasant surprises.
With this update, which we are gradually rolling out by geographic region over the coming weeks, these elements are now directly included in the price displayed on the website.
This is a new experience for purchases outside the eurozone*:
-
Prices displayed in local currency (and payment in local currency)
-
Taxes, duties & handling fees included in the sale price (in cart or on the product page)
-
Final price visible immediately
-
No surprises at delivery
Shipping costs still displayed separately.
Before

-
You paid for your product on the website
-
The parcel arrived in your country and authorities or the carrier applied import taxes and fees
-
You had to pay these amounts before delivery
Now

-
The displayed price already includes taxes, duties, and import-related fees. You pay only once when placing your order
-
The parcel is delivered with no additional import-related charges
So you pay only once, directly at checkout. Shipping costs remain displayed separately, as before.

Summary
Starting April 14, 2026 with a gradual rollout by geographic region:
-
Prices displayed in your local currency
-
Taxes, duties & handling fees included
-
Final price visible immediately
-
No import fees upon delivery
-
Shipping costs remain displayed separately at checkout
A simple change: you pay once, with an all-inclusive price.

*Only certain countries listed in our FAQ still apply local taxes, customs clearance fees, or service charges that are not included in the displayed price. For these countries, the purchasing process remains the same as before, with prices that do not include these fees and taxes.

Before if I order something less than 1000 AUD I won’t be charged for GST and Tax.
But now it looks like I will have to pay these no matter what.
Is it possible to consider this and update the total price?
Thanks
