“A freak in all areas.
In freeride kiting, it glides early and heads upwind like crazy. A freak for the low wind conditions. To have in your quiver, if only for this reason.
In slightly more punchy conditions, it hangs on with its quad set-up and flies over the chop by swallowing it. Allowing you to underpower a little. Its lightness allows jumps without losing it. And its super solid construction allows for heavy landings. I’m not always the smoothest rider when landing jumps…
In surfing, it’s just pure pleasure.
For me, who started with the 5’6 in bamboo a few years back, a real revelation in its improvements.”
