The Wave Tour rule update has unlocked the true power of wing foiling in the surf!

Highlights from Malo’s early rounds at the one and only stop of the 2025 Wave Riding World Cup in Cape Verde last month. For the first time ever, riders could tap into the full power of the wing to launch airs and throw tricks above the lip — just like the epic windsurf aerials this spot is known for. And Malo? Whether he’s freeflying or gripping a boom, he made the most of the new rules — and it shows in every frame.
