ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME

The company GONG SUP 1, a Société par Actions Simplifiée Unipersonnelle (SASU) with a share capital of €100,000, whose registered office is located at 19 rue Fernand Nouvion, 44600 Saint-Nazaire, France, registered with the Saint-Nazaire Trade and Companies Register under number 514 988 237, represented by Mr. Patrice Guénolé (hereinafter the “Organizer”), is implementing a sweepstake entitled “GONG Xmas Advent” (hereinafter the “Game”).

The Game is organized without any purchase obligation, in accordance with the French Consumer Code and Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices.

These rules (hereinafter the “Rules”) define the conditions of participation, the drawing procedure, and the respective obligations of participants and the Organizer.

The Game runs from 1 December 2025 at 00:01 (Paris time) until 24 December 2025 at 23:59 (Paris time).

It consists of:

• A daily promotional offer applied to a specific product; and
  

• A daily prize draw awarding a €30 voucher.
  
  

 

ARTICLE 2 – ELIGIBILITY

The Game is open to any natural person who:

• Is of legal age,
  

• Resides within the European Union,
  

• Has a valid email address and Internet access.
  
  

Participation requires:

• Registration via the dedicated campaign form,
  

• Explicit consent to receive the newsletter associated with the campaign,
  

• Full acceptance of these Rules.
  
  

Participation is strictly personal and limited to one entry per person per day.
Any attempt to circumvent this rule (use of multiple email addresses, identity fraud, automated participation, etc.) will result in immediate disqualification.

The Game is entirely free of charge and requires no purchase to participate.

 

ARTICLE 3 – PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE

3.1. Participation via the landing page

Participants enter the Game by completing the registration form available on the dedicated “GONG Xmas Advent” campaign page.
Registration automatically validates participation in the daily draw.

3.2. CRM registration and segmentation

Registration results in the participant being added to the dedicated newsletter CRM list and associated segmentation.

3.3. Valid participation

A participation is considered valid if:

• The form is duly completed,
  

• A valid email address is provided, not ending with @gong-galaxy.com,
   Employees may participate using their personal email addresses,
  

• No fraud is detected.
  
  

 

 

ARTICLE 4 – DAILY COMMERCIAL OFFERS

Each day from 1 to 24 December, one Advent calendar window opens at 00:00 (Paris time) and reveals:

• A product designated by the Organizer; and
  

• A specific discount applicable to that product only for the same day until 23:59 (Paris time).
  
  

Discounts are subject to product availability.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the daily product in the event of unexpected unavailability, without cancelling the daily promotion.

 

Withdrawal and Associated Gift Cards

• If the right of withdrawal is exercised on an order that benefited from an Advent Calendar offer including a gift card:
  If the gift card has not been used, the Organizer reserves the right to deactivate the gift card.
  
  
• If the gift card has been fully or partially used, the amount corresponding to the purchases made with it may be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
  

 

ARTICLE 5 – DAILY DRAWINGS

A daily draw is conducted from 1 to 24 December 2025 inclusive.

Each day’s draw includes:

• Registered participants,
  

• Whose participation is deemed valid at midnight (Paris time) on the relevant day.
  
  

The draw will be carried out using a random-selection function applied to a CSV file listing all participations.
The draw will be supervised by a staff member of GONG SUP 1 who is not participating in the Game.

 

ARTICLE 6 – DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE

The prize awarded each day is a €30 voucher, valid on www.gong-galaxy.com.

The voucher:

• Is personal to the named winner,
  

• Cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash,
  

• Is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue,
  

• May include specific exclusions (discounted items, MILF products, clearance items, etc.) detailed in the award email.
  
  

 

ARTICLE 7 – WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VALIDATION

The winner will be:

• Contacted by email; and
  

• With their explicit consent, announced on GONG’s social media channels.
  
  

The winner has seven (7) days to respond to the notification email.
Failure to respond within this period entitles the Organizer to designate another participant from the entries of the relevant day.

 

 

ARTICLE 8 – PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

The data collected (email address, registration date, CRM segmentation) is required to:

• Manage Game participations,
  

• Send communications related to the campaign,
  

• Conduct prize draws,
  

• Contact winners.
  
  

Legal basis

Processing is based on:

• The participant’s consent for newsletter subscription; and
  

• Contract performance regarding participation in the Game.
  
  

Retention

Data is retained:

• For as long as the participant remains subscribed to the newsletter; or
  

• Until they unsubscribe, after which data is deleted or anonymized.
  
  

Participants’ rights

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, each participant has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object, and request portability.

Supervisory authority

Participants may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.

International transfers

Some data may be hosted outside the EU due to CRM tools used.
The Organizer ensures the implementation of appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

 

 

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY

The Organizer cannot be held liable for:

• Technical malfunctions,
  

• Internet network disruptions,
  

• Incorrect or invalid email addresses,
  

• Unplanned interruptions of the Game,
  

• Any event constituting force majeure.
  
  

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, amend, or suspend the Game in exceptional circumstances without incurring liability.

Any fraud, attempted fraud, or suspected fraud results in permanent exclusion.

 

 

ARTICLE 10 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the Game constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
The Rules are available free of charge on the Game’s web page throughout the duration of the operation.

The Organizer retains an archived version of the Rules.

 

 

ARTICLE 11 – CLAIMS AND DISPUTES

Any claim relating to the Game must be sent in writing to:

Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Saint-Nazaire, and the Game is governed by French law.
