Despite some of the constraints and formalities involved in importing parcels, many of you in Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway have placed your trust in us and chosen GONG for your gear. We sincerely thank you for that.

We therefore wanted to make your shopping experience simpler. From Thursday, September 3, 2026 for Switzerland, and September 9 for Norway and the United Kingdom, these countries are now part of GONG’s Cross Border program!

From now on, you pay everything in a single payment when placing your order, with:

• Prices already including taxes, customs duties and import processing fees

• Fewer formalities for faster deliveries

• No delays at customs

• No surprises when it comes to processing fees

Everything is automatic: the prices displayed adapt to your geographical location.

Shipping costs are still displayed separately at checkout, but are included in your single payment.
