We now offer 12 shapes from our range in a stunning and sustainable technology featuring a wood core.

The development of this technology is driven by our commitment to top-tier durability through full sandwich vacuum-bagged production, ensuring exceptional strength for surfboards. Using wood eliminates the need for petrochemicals for the core material. The wood is meticulously crafted to perfectly match the rails, preserving the iconic shapes in our range. The result is simply superb, robust, and durable.

Pure Origin Construction

This modern composite sandwich, which combines wood with an EPS foam blank, is simply stunning. The wood, vacuum-bonded, strengthens the board against impacts, dents, and breakage.

This premium technology is the perfect combination of durability, responsiveness, and performance. Only our direct sales model allows us to offer it to you at an affordable price.

It consists of the following:

100% Epoxy board on EPS core: solid and lightweight.
Deck, hull, and rails in vacuum-bonded wood sandwich: wood is more resilient to impacts and absorbs vibrations.
Deck Detail: 1 layer of 6oz fiberglass + 0.6mm wood core + 1 layer of 6oz fiberglass + reinforcements at sensitive points.
Foam blank details: EPS 30kg/m³ + 1 x 5 mm wood stringer.
Hull Detail: 1 layer of 4oz fiberglass + 0.6mm wood core + 1 layer of 6oz fiberglass + 4oz fiberglass reinforcements at sensitive points such as the fin boxes.
Rails: Wood sandwich with 4 layers of fiberglass flaps on the rails.
Reinforced and Epoxy-bonded fin boxes: set in high-density PVC foam with fiberglass layers above and below.
CNC pre-shaping: shape controlled by traditional templates, 100% hand-finished.
Matte finish: hand-applied for precision and a stunning finish.
