Front section

The front part of the boom is standard and identical on all boom sizes from L to XXS.

Rear section

The rear part of the boom needs to be adapted to each wing size:

Size L, from 4m² to 7m²
Size M 3.5m²
Size S 3m²
size XS 2.5m²
size XXS 2m²

This 2026 GFS V3 version is equipped with a redesigned grip along its entire length with a new design providing even more comfort.

In addition, the replacement clip for all 2-part detachable booms is also available in all 4 colours.

Made with high-quality carbon tubing, these parts incorporate a self-tightening tapered locking system with a discreet plastic locking piece, guaranteeing absolute rigidity and a perfect fit. Their minimal 30mm travel allows for ultra-fast installation and removal, without ever having to unclip the wing boom.

Good to know: It can be disassembled when the wing is deflated, but not when it's inflated. This way you won't have any surprises while sailing.

For even greater comfort and protection, the front handle is entirely covered in EVA, preventing any direct contact with the board. A meticulous finish ensures not only a flawless aesthetic but also maximum protection to minimize the effects of an impact on your equipment.

This 2-part carbon boom is compatible with all GONG wings (except Pulse and Superpower Boom 2023).

Smart size system

To make your life as easy as possible, we designed this two-piece boom with a standard front section for all sizes and a rear section that varies depending on the size. Sold individually, this rear section allows you to cover a large part of your quiver without breaking the bank.Buy a complete boom, then add rear sections for your smaller wing sizes.
