Each model and size requires a specific inflation pressure to suit the diameter of its leading edge and/or strut. You will find the recommended pressure values in our product size guides. Please bear the following points in mind:

• An underinflated wing will be unstable and difficult to control in gusty conditions.

• Overinflating your wing will increase the risk of it bursting during a crash and will cause premature wear to its seams and materials.

• If you leave your wing inflated in the sun for an extended period, we recommend releasing some pressure to reduce stress on the seams.

• The larger the leading-edge diameter, the greater the risk of bursting. Never overinflate a very large wing.

The maximum pressure this pump can deliver is 13 PSI.

It can therefore be used with any equipment whose recommended inflation pressure does not exceed this limit. For a First SUP requiring 15 PSI, it can be used as a temporary solution, but will not allow you to reach the optimum pressure.

The same applies to SUPs requiring 20 PSI: the pump can be used for the initial inflation phase, but a suitable High Pressure pump will be required to reach the recommended pressure and achieve the board’s intended performance.

A High Volume pump delivers a large amount of air with every stroke. This allows you to inflate the high-volume air chambers of a wing or kite much faster, particularly during the initial stages of inflation.

The goal is simple: fewer pump strokes and less time spent setting up your gear before getting on the water.

In double-action mode, the pump delivers air both when you push the handle down and when you pull it back up. Every stroke therefore contributes to inflation, allowing you to fill your wing or kite very quickly while the pressure is still low.

As the pressure increases, switching to single-action mode allows you to continue inflating with less effort. This gives you high airflow when you need it, followed by greater comfort and power during the final stage of inflation.

The pump comes with several adapters to fit different valve standards, making it compatible with a wide range of inflatable equipment. Simply select the adapter that matches your valve and check that it is securely locked in place before you begin inflating.

The pump can be disassembled to clean and maintain its internal components. If its operation becomes less smooth, you can open it to remove any grains of sand or other debris that may have accumulated inside. Components requiring lubrication can also be greased using a suitable product.

Regular maintenance helps preserve smooth operation, an effective airtight seal and consistent pump performance over time.

Components subject to wear or likely to be lost can be replaced without having to replace the entire pump, provided the corresponding spare part is available.
