Hours of calculations on extremely powerful computers have allowed us to optimize the smallest detail to maximize performance. The fillets of all our connections have been carefully studied and adjusted to minimize hydrodynamic disturbances and increase the rigidity and resistance of the assembly.

The Carbon V3 mast is made entirely of Prepreg carbon. The major advantage of Prepreg carbon is that it ensures a perfect balance between resin and fiber. The result is optimal fiber cohesion, leading to top-tier performance.
With 50 layers oriented at 5 angles, the mast delivers outstanding responsiveness. It returns to its original shape four times faster than a standard mast. A 400 kg mold is needed to manufacture this piece, enduring 100 tons of compression during a 150°C curing process. This ensures exceptional precision and stiffness in every mast.
The immense advantage of high-end carbon is its rigidity. It’s so stiff that it requires far less material compared to other materials. This results in a significant weight reduction—nearly 30% lighter than aluminum. Beyond the measured weight savings, its responsiveness creates an incredible sense of responsiveness and lightness.
The entire range, from the fuselage, to the mast, to the front wing and the stab, has been revised to radically boost the performance of our foils, without being limited by our old connection shapes.
