The custom boards created in our workshop are truly works of art. We put all our know-how into designing these exceptional objects, which are both noble and high-performance, for a unique riding experience. The LIGHT FSP PRO SUP CUSTOM construction offers a perfect combination of strength and lightness, giving the board extra flexibility. Thanks to an Innegra carbon deck, this board boasts exceptional impact resistance and a unique style. The addition of basalt fabric gives this hybrid board unparalleled originality. A perfect combination of durability, distinctive aesthetics and unrivalled performance. A high-performance SUP longboard that’s as smooth in corners as it is in noserides. A modern SUP longboard with top noseride performance. Its low, consistent rocker makes it easy to cross over and once you’ve settled on the nose, the lift is such that you’ll just want to stay there. As for the rest, its excellent manoeuvrability is impressive, allowing you to explore all the modern moves (cut backs, top turns, floaters, snaps…).

This Full Sandwich PVC full carbon offers the best dynamics while preserving strength, at an incredible weight. Quite simply, it's the ultimate in mass-produced custom sandwich technology.

3D shape on modeling software.
Preshape by numerical control for total reliability.
Shape control by traditional templates, finishing off the last mm 100% by hand.
100 % epoxy resin and EPS foam blank: solid and lightweight.
Deck, hull, and rails in vacuumed PVC sandwich: incomparable solidity and incredible dynamism.
Deck: full PVC/fiberglass and carbon sandwich composed of a high-density PVC foam core and 1 layer of 4oz fiberglass and 1 layer of 6oz biaxial carbon fiber, fiberglass reinforcements on the sensitive areas.
Hull: full PVC/fiberglass and carbon sandwich composed of a high-density PVC foam core and 1 layer of 6oz carbon fiber, fiberglass reinforcements on the sensitive areas.
Rails: the PVC sandwich structure completely covers the rails: increased structural strength, very good impact resistance (paddle hits).
Integrated carrying handle in the top PVC sandwich : limits settling, avoids breakage in the surrounding area.
Resin tinted hot coat : nobility of the process, weight saving and solidity of the finish.
Hand-made matt “custom finish” for weight saving and a better glide.
