A complete structure working as one
On an Aramid X, performance doesn't come from the leading edge or canopy alone. It comes from combining a highly stable Aramid structure with an extremely low-stretch Code 95 canopy.
When the wing is loaded, the inflatable structure maintains its arc and the strut holds its orientation, while the canopy precisely retains its profile. Both work together to transfer loads with minimal energy loss.
This structural consistency gives the Aramid X its distinctive character: an extremely direct feel, exceptional responsiveness and pinpoint precision during pumping, acceleration, jumps and changes of direction.
Fiber architecture designed around the shape
Aramid's performance also depends on fiber orientation. The fibers are positioned according to the directions in which the leading edge and strut need to resist loads.
The goal isn't to make the entire structure uniformly stiff. We determine precisely where it needs to remain locked-in and how it should behave under load, controlling twist, strut behavior and load transfer.
Each panel therefore contributes directly to the wing's final handling characteristics. The material isn't simply applied to an existing shape: its construction is an integral part of the design.
