First experience with the ultra-light, high-performance Strutless in light wind conditions.

“First session on the Strutless for me yesterday.

I absolutely loved this kite. The lightness is incredible and was especially appreciated in these 8–12 knot conditions, sometimes 15, onshore, with almost no wind near the shore during launch.

Its lightness makes it very easy to keep flying.

The light construction and absence of struts bring many advantages, but never at the expense of performance. I had an amazing time trying tricks, with incredible hangtime for such light wind. A kite that turns extremely well and inspires confidence, enough confidence for me to try my first backroll kite loops (landed on the first attempt thanks to Patrice Guénolé’s advice 🥳)."

A concept that pushes the limits of your low-end range

“I didn’t find it flapped any more than an Unik (which I’ve used a lot). These are kites designed to be ridden in the right wind range anyway, and in those conditions flapping simply isn’t an issue.

I honestly didn’t expect such a significant gain in light wind performance going from a single-strut kite to a zero-strut design.

In short, the Strutless is fully validated for me. You can be sure it’ll be coming with me this summer for these kinds of sessions. I highly recommend it if you want to push the limits of light wind foiling.

Can’t wait to try the Aramid version, which should bring all of this with even less weight, more precision and more responsiveness.

(And yes, Malo’s kite definitely got tangled into mine 😂)”
