The Round is the most versatile fin in the performance range. It delivers an optimal balance of hold, speed, and maneuverability without pushing the board toward any extreme behavior. It’s a reassuring, predictable, and efficient fin, capable of performing in a wide variety of conditions and across many board types.

Its neutral template, combined with slightly increased surface area through the tip, generates lift at the top of the turn while maintaining smooth flow. The board stays stable at high speed while still retaining the ability to turn easily when the section tightens up. This distribution produces progressive and controlled arcs.

The Round allows committed turns without sacrificing control, while remaining reactive enough to link transitions smoothly. Accessible yet high-performing, it still holds plenty of potential in more powerful conditions.

It adapts well to shortboards, modern mid-lengths, and both quad and thruster setups. A reliable and balanced fin, ideal for versatile surfing.

What size?

Fin size mainly depends on the following factors:

body weight
surfer’s style
board volume
surf conditions

A heavier or more powerful surfer will need larger fins to maintain enough surface in the water for grip and control.
