The Billabong Furnace Revo Chest Zip 5/4mm men's wetsuit is designed for surfing in cold water while maintaining the mobility needed for paddling. Its 5/4mm thickness enhances insulation for the torso and legs, while its long sleeves fully cover the arms. The chest zip opening eliminates a long zipper in the back and frees the upper body more during movement.

On the outside, the AIRLITE 4D fabric combines post-consumer recycled polyester with recycled elastane. This particularly flexible version moves with you without unnecessarily stiffening the suit. It is combined with OCENA natural rubber foam. On the inside, the graphene-enriched GRAPHENE PRO recycled stretch jersey completes the construction and maintains the garment's flexibility.

The GBS exterior seams are glued and blind-stitched to minimize water penetration. Inside, a machine-applied Super-Flex neoprene band reinforces the seams while accommodating the suit's elasticity. Water-based Aqua Alpha adhesive completes the construction. This model is designed to combine insulation, flexibility, and water resistance during winter sessions.
