Introduction d'une nouvelle techno haut de gamme pour nos planches de compétition shortboard SUP :

Détails techniques :
- Planche 100% Epoxy sur pain EPS : solide et légère.
- Pain de mousse : pain EPS haut de gamme en 15 kg/m3. Produit à 30km de notre usine au Portugal et de la meilleure qualité existante.
- Renforts PVC 90 kg/m3 et fibre de verre dans la zone des boitiers et de la poignée : fixation béton et étanche.
- Pont : full layer FDV 4oz + PVC 90 kg/m3 sur les 2/3 arr + carbone 6oz sur les 2/3 arr et FDV 4oz sur les 2/3 avt (avec recouvrement sous les pieds) : solide, léger, nerveux.
- Carène : tissu FDV 4oz + renfort Vectornet sur le tail : souplesse générale et légèreté.
- Box renforcés : collés à l'Epoxy dans une mousse PVC haute densité et renforcés avec des couches de FDV.
- Résine époxy biosourcée Greenpoxy par Sicomin, leader Français dans le composite.
- Préshape à la commande numérique, contrôle du shape par templates traditionnels, finition 100% à la main. CNC Française KMS.
- La déco est en blanc poncé (brush) pour gagner du poids et ne pas trop exposer le carbone au soleil.
- Finition pro finish semi mate pour une meilleure glisse, moins de sensibilité aux rayures.
- La technologie GONG SP PRO est facilement réparable à neuf en cas de choc.
- C’est LA technologie dédiée à nos planches de compétition.

- Foam Blank : Blank EPS, high quality, 15 kg/m3. produced only 30km from our factory in Portugal and the finest exsisting quality.
- Reinforcements, PVC 90 kg/m3 and Fiber Glass on fin boxes and carry handle areas : solid and watertight.
- Deck : full layer Fiberglass 4oz + PVC 90 kg/m3 on the 2/3 rear + Carbon 6oz on the 2/3 rear and Fiberglass 4oz on the 2/3 front (overlapping under the feet) : lively, light and solid
- Bottom : Fiberglass 4oz + Vectornet reinforcement on the tail : flexibility and lightness
- Reinforced Boxes : are pre-glued into the high density PVC foam and re-reinforced with Fiber Glass layering.
- Resin Bio-Based Epoxy, Greenpoxy by Sicomin, leader in the French composite industry.
- Preshaped with CNC(computer-numerical-controlled), shape rigorously controlled from traditional templates. CNC by KMS(French company).
- The design is sanded white (brush) in order to not expose the Carbon to the sunlight.
- Finition, Pro finish semi mate, for better glideand more resistant to scratches.
- The technology GONG SP PRO is easily repairable in case of damage.
- The latest in "extreme" technology dedicated to competition boards.

What is the difference in the waves with Vectornet and glassfibre instead of only carbon e.g on the bottom?
Same feeling or a bit "softer", less bouncy?

Hello,

ces planches étant beaucoup moins larges, le poids sera très sympa.
Cette techno appliquée à une planche de largeur conventionnelle serait plus lourde que du Pro de quelques grammes.

Ici on cherche de la douceur et un look.

Je rappelle que mes protos de Freak 9'2 très étroites étaient à un peu plus de 4kg. Pour mémoire.
