Bonjour,
Effectivement la Karmen est un vrai couteau suisse,mais pour les vagues vendéennes le longsup est l arme ultime quand c est petit.

No, the Karmen does not fit this need. A Zero is the closest but it needs to be more slender, maybe a bit longer and 69-72cm.
Moblog can not handle high speeds and rail turns in chop.

Well, I don't think any long and narrow board can, as you then cannot put enough curve in the outline, unless for huge wave faces.
Long and narrow means a straighter rail... and if you put enough rocker for rail turns to compensate for the straighter rails, it will get stuck in small waves...

An interesting design problem anyways :-)

Hé les amis, ne vous grattez pas trop les neurones : une bonne grande Carter version SUP ,qui donnerait des frissons dans les virages , je suis sûr que le chef cuisinier de Gong y a déjà réfléchit, il a même sûrement noté quelques cotes sur des bouts de papier qu'il va ressortir un jour :mrgreen:

9' would be fine, even 8'8 with a thin pintail with sharp rails. My NFA slim had some nice design characteristics that could be modified to become a glider.
And you have to have proper technique to turn it in smaller waves, that's true.
