Has anyone achieved this? Zuma Flatwater flying

Message par zrylux » jeu. août 22, 2019 5:04 pm

Hello!
Im an 6 years experienced supracer and intermediate/begginer on foiling.

I'm planning to buy a 6'9 Zuma.

My main goal is to use the board with the gong wing wich already I own and downwinding.

Has anyone achieved this video with the Zuma board?

I do not have any surfeable spot in my area. Just some downwinding with some windy waves. My intention is to fly without any help or boat.

Is it a good selection? i'm 67 kgs and 1,71 cms. I own the XXXL Allvator wing

You can find videos on the net of the very few people in the world that managed it. And you can see that they use lots of different boards, even long non-optimal boards. If you can manage the technique and insane paddling power needed, you can fly on any gear.
