Change from Curve LT to Veloce LT
Hello, thinking of purchasing V LT having used my C LT for the last 8 months. I'm looking for more glide in wind swell, more glide when depowering and a bit more speed. In more powerful waves the Curve is good but I wing alot in wind chop I want to depower the wing and connect bumps.. Do you think t...

The mast is great but I cannot stop water getting into the mast. I have now put some silicone on it.

Re: Combien de sessions?
I think I will try with and without straps.
With regard to paddling straight the new Zuma with the fcs Fin towards the nose should really help paddling a shorter sup. My smallest so far was a 7'6 Mob non-foil..

Re: Combien de sessions?
Interesting topic.. I have 70 sessions in Wing using 5'1 hipe in which I can gybe but havnt started surfing waves with it yet. I am awaiting delivery of the new Zuma 6'3 (new Hull and fcs towards nose to aid yaw) to learn Sup Foil. I Sup Surf on a 9' Zero. 1) do you think it will take many sessions?...

Re: Flint or Zuma?
MagW, do you think the 95L would allow me to have enough glide to paddle and take off on a wave or would the extra 10L in the 6'3 be helpful? I would take the Zuma 6'. It is compact but a bit longer. I think that the extra length of the Zuma 6' will make it easier to get going than the Flint, especi...

Flint or Zuma?
Hi, For reference 77kgs, good sup surfer 9' Gong Zero perf longboard 115L. Over the last 5 months I've learnt to Wing (and completely addicted). 20 sessions on gong zuma 6'6 120L (sold) 40 session gong Hipe 5'1 85L. Now I'm gybing and switching my feet on foil I'm venturing into small waves. I'd lik...

Re: Tout savoir sur la Hipe
I have had around 20 sessions on the Hipe 5'1 and think it's superb!! I stepped down from a 6'6 Zuma after around 25 sessions and cannot notice it is an inflatable board. I think it provides a beginner/intermediates access to a smaller board without spending too much money and to understand where th...

Re: Nos activités et le coronavirus
I read with interest and sadness that the majority of water sport practicitioners in France cannot go in the water due to Covid 19. In England the 1st lockdown in March/April this was also the case. In the 2nd lockdown started on Thursday we can still use the water as it is exercise and therefore su...

Re: Smaller board
I have been winging alot since the last post and have improved vastly. This week 6 sessions! I would like to move to smaller board. For my 75kgs (although in the UK always a wetsuit and winter 5/4, boots, gloves etc..) I'm not looking for tricks or jumps. I want speed and to start to take some small...

Re: Foil mast size to wing
Hello, I have been progressing well. I can fly comfortably on the 6'6 Zuma, xxl foil on a 65cm mast, I can pump both board and wing and am happy on either side. I havnt really tried gybe/tacks, I touch down and turn not on foil. This is to save energy by not falling, practice pumping and take offs. ...

Re: Banned from seabreeze
... Also Bear, to go back to my original question on Seabreeze on shorter longboard/fun boards, I wondered if you had any plans to re-introduce the 8' NFA? Funny, if the 8' NFA was available I would have purchased it and not posted.. * on a side note the Zuma and foil for the Wing has been perfect f...

Re: Banned from seabreeze
From my perspective I like forums to get peoples opinions on boards, wings, foils etc..as it's impossible to test everything. However I also realise there are clearly people who are secretly promoting brands and take everything with a pince of salt. It was my post IanInca on seabreeze. Its a real sh...

Re: Smaller board
Understood, thank you. I will improve more before moving to small board. As my intermediate board (pre-order Hipe September) it will be either Flint or Hipe. I like the idea of the Hipe but in the video Patrice says the Hipe is equivalent to Zuma. This probably means that the Flint is slightly bette...

Smaller board
Firstly, the wing, foil, Zuma board and service from Gong as always is brilliant. I love this sport and Gong had inspired me with videos and gear!! I've just started wing foiling and loving it. I live in England, 75kgs, fit, 47yrs,surf and Sup surf, no foil and no wind sports experience. I live next...
