For those who want to have fun and share good times in SUP or windsurfing.

The shape of this board makes it suitable for users of all levels. From pure beginners to experienced enthusiasts.

A beginner will love its fast glide and its 4 thickness which gives a feeling of firm contact with the water (it doesn’t roll from port to starboard because you are low on the water).

An expert will make it surf like never before. You take off much further than with a classic SUP, it turns like crazy, you draw real surf curves, all this with the amplitude and glide of a longboard.

For what?

The entire Stand Up Paddle program, to which is added relaxed windsurfing in ride or sharing mode.

Its biggest asset is its versatility. Often we hear versatility and we think that it’s so-so on all terrains. But the magic of the Couine Windsurf is being a great surfer.

Once you know that it’s a great board to surf on and that it paddles fast because it’s long and streamlined, then you know that it’s a great board for all areas of SUP: surfing and cruising.

So, cruising or surfing? The choice is yours.

What Couine Marie Windsurf size?

Even if everything is possible, we mark here the main uses:

The 10’9 x 33’’ Windsurf:

• Great for relaxed and solo windsurfing rides.
• A true surfer board for Stand Up Paddling on all types of spots.
• Rather 50% cruising and 50% surfing. It glides really well all the time.
• Rider size: super easy for everybody. No stress.

The 15’0 x 36’’ Windsurf:

• Great for relaxed and solo windsurfing rides with one or two riders.
• The perfect tandem windsurfing board!
• The perfect board to teach windsurfing to a kid on the front of the board.
• Long strolls on all waterscapes.
• Perfect up to 2 adults + 2 kids, and for one adult with a lot of comfort.
• Not great for surfing. Rather 90% cruising/playing and 10% surfing. It glides well in a straight line.
• Rider size: suuuuuper easy.

What is the difference between our Chip range and Couine Marie range ?

Best quiver choices?

This board is perfect with a Carbon Mix 100% GONG Paddle cut to the right size or adjustable, and a top of the range fiberglass or carbon fin.

What length of paddle?

If you want high performance, you will need a paddle between your height and + 10cm.

For more relaxed surfing, a + 10cm paddle will be perfect.

For cruising, a paddle your size +15 to +20 cm is ideal.

Its length determines your paddling frequency and your radius of curves.

Which leash?

For the Couine Marie ALLROUND range, a 10′ leash is ideal. Depending on your preferences, you can choose an ankle or a knee leash.

Check its condition before each session and change it every year. This is your life jacket.

Good to know :

Never leave your board in the sun, let alone an inflatable board which will heat up very quickly. You risk seeing it peel off because the materials it is made of become flexible in the heat. Never store it under a car window, or in contact with a heat source.

Never let your board get roughed up in the waves, especially when you’re close to the beach. You have to protect it from major strains. A wave that takes your board and rolls it can do damage.

Do not hold it by the leash indefinitely because it can give way under very high tension. Avoid big waves and don’t resist. If it breaks, it’s easy to change but annoying.

Stay away from oysters: this is one of the few seashells that can cut your board and sink it in seconds. Be careful +++

Don’t let your inflatable board rub on something for a long time. It can happen on a boat, for example, that your board moves with each wave and rubs for hours in the same place. The material will disintegrate because it will be as sanded. You will have a hole that will need to be covered with a patch.

Never put the board between the wave and you: risk of a broken nose type injury 😉

Do not paddle far at sea with an offshore wind, and avoid windy outings as it is rarely fun and always dangerous. SUP is an activity that involves real risks, even in seemingly peaceful conditions. Always anticipate these risks and protect yourself.

• 1 mast base insert in which you can directly screw your standard windsurf base.
• 2 forward ergonomic carry handles for transport, rolling over in the waves and for passenger comfort.
• 2 centered carry handles, 1 at the nose and 1 at the back to facilitate board manipulations.
• 1 neoprene centered carry handle in the middle for easy transport and entering the water.
• 3D Double Diamond Deck Pad 5 mm: for maximum comfort and adherence.
• Tail pad with kicker for perfect foot placement on the tail.
• Leash ring on tail to not lose your board.
• Inox tow ring under the nose that serves as added camera security.
• Double laced bungee cord attached to 6 deck mounts permitting to secure your waterproof bag and paddle in case you want a quick dip or have a yoga session!

COUINE MARIE WINDSURF 15’0 :

• 6 ergonomic carry handles at the first third, the middle and last third of the board for transport, rolling over in the waves and for passenger comfort.

• Complex 5mm micro-grooved deck pad on most of the board for comfort when paddling and Double Diamond Pad at the bungee and tail for maximum grip.
• Tail pad with kicker for perfect foot placement on the tail.
• Leash ring on tail to not lose your board.
• Inox tow ring under the nose that serves as added camera security.

Delivery delay

We indicate a preparation and shipping time of 3 working days. In reality, the majority of orders are shipped within 24/48 hours.

The delivery time, i.e. delivery time of the package to your home, then depends on the delivery location and the carrier.

We work with reliable and efficient carriers. 99% of shipments go perfectly and quickly. In the case of the remaining 1%, rest assured that we will do what is necessary with the carrier.

Shipping fees

Unlike other sites, shipping costs are not hidden behind the price of our products. You know exactly what shipping costs you, and you are not disadvantaged if you choose to collect your order at our GONG Space Center.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of each package, and your delivery address.

Tracking your package

Delivery tracking is managed directly by the carriers to whom we have entrusted your packages. They will contact you by email or SMS to allow you to choose delivery methods and follow the route of your package.

Carriers

We work with the best transport societies to deliver to you throughout Europe and the world within very short deadlines. We chose them for their quality of service and their compliance with deadlines.

For mainland France, 80% of your orders arrive at their destination in less than 48 hours of processing.

For Europe, delivery times vary from 3 to 6 working days, depending on the country of destination.

For the rest of the world, delivery times depend on transit time and customs clearance time. This delay depends on customs and can last from a few days to a few weeks depending on the destination and seasonality.

Please note, transport time is added to preparation/shipping time. Two companies collaborate on your order (GONG and the carrier). Each one masters its activity and is committed to optimizing its deadlines so that you are delivered as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price.

Eco-responsible packaging

Preserving the environment is an absolute priority. This is why we do everything possible to reduce our ecological footprint.

The most important thing is to sell quality, durable products that will be repairable and will please you for a long time.

For our shipments, we use:

• Scotch craft paper.


• Final packaging in high-end cardboard.


• For rigid boards: Flexi-Hex, very high resistance ecological packaging.

This means:

• Reusable and recyclable packaging.


• An almost total reduction in single-use plastic.


• Maximum protection and impact resistance for rigid boards thanks to the innovative Flexi-Hex honeycomb design (35mm thick).

Receipt of your product

Upon delivery, check the condition of your package in the presence of the carrier. A complete explanation email on the procedure to follow will be sent to you when your order is shipped.

Despite our requirements and all the care we take in the packaging and protection of your product, transport hazards may occur, and your product may suffer more or less significant transport damage.

Note that the products are protected in their carton. If you have any doubts, simply refuse delivery and contact us.
