Program

The magical front wings for curves.

Introduction

The Curve front wing is the best mix of ease, speed and maneuverability.

This is the magic front wing for foilers looking for maximum performance when carving. We all know that the key in surfing is speed, but imagine a front wing capable of turning on the spot at very low speed and carving healthily at high speed: the Curve front wing is a monster for carving !!!

To fully understand the range : The original Curve with a moderate ratio and the Curve T with a higher ratio.

The Curve front wings in sizes M, L, XL, XXL offer a very high level of performance, especially in carving, but tolerant and softer shapes. Definitely the best profile after a beginner’s wing like the Rise. You can turn very short, fly at low speed and up to 5 knots faster than a beginner. This enormous speed range coupled with optimal maneuverability makes them the favorite kites for those looking for easy and efficient kites at the same time.

The Curve T front wings, called T for Tall, fit in between the standard sizes, so: MT, LT and XLT. They have a higher aspect ratio which allows for the speed of the lower size and lift closer to the size above. In fact, they have the chord and the thickness of the size below but with a greater wingspan to increase the ratio. The Curves T are racier, faster, and designed for foilers who want more performance than with the Curve. That’s typically the shape you’ll choose when you love the Curve, but want to push your limits further without giving up the magic of the Curve: carving.

Understanding each front wing in detail

The S-T has a 63 cm wingspan, 800 cm2, 1,5 cm thickness for a volume of 0,63L.

  • In surf foil, it’s a very small front wing for the pros, the lightweight and tow-in. The handling is great!
  • In wing it’s very small so it’s suitable only for light riders of a good level that want to carve at high speed and jump high.
  • It’s not as radical in kite foil but it’s nonetheless aimed at riders who want a mix of top speed and great handling.

The M has a 69cm wingspan, 1100 cm², 2,2 cm thick for a volume of 1,1L.

  • In surf foil, it’s a very small wing for the pros, lightweight and tow in. It is super lively but very healthy.
  • In wing, it’s very small but perfect for a very good level lightweight who wants to carve at high speed and jump high, without completely sacrificing the low range because it remains “generous” for a small wing.
  • In kite foil this is a key wing for a lot of riders who want a mix of good top speed and handling.

The M-T has a 73cm wingspan, 1150cm², 2.0cm thick for a volume of 1.1L.

  • In surf foil, it’s a small wing for the good and the light. It’s super manoeuvrable and healthy like the M but with more top speed (thinner), more pumping and more stability (more wingspan).
  • In wing it’s small but perfect for a good level lightweight who wants to carve at high speed and jump high, without completely sacrificing low range.
  • In kite foil this is a key wing for a lot of riders who want the mix of good top speed and handling.

The L has a 77cm wingspan, 1350cm², 2.4cm thick for a volume of 1.6L.

  • In surf foill, this is an intermediate wing suitable for lightweight people who want an easy perf wing after their beginner wing, or for heavy builds who want a fast wing that is easy to pump and super maneuverable. The pumping / handling compromise is ideal for fit foilers.
  • In wing it’s perfect for a good level rider who wants to carve, go fast, jump, do good DWs, with a decent low range.
  • In kite foil this is a key wing for a lot of riders who want a mix of good top speed and handling. It’s ideal in turns and moves without traction, in surfing for example.

The L-T is 85cm wingspan, 1450cm², 2.3cm thick for a volume of 1.7L.

  • In surf foil, it is an intermediate + wing that is suitable for riders less than 80kg who want an easy perf wing after their beginner wing, or for heavier riders who want a fast and ultra maneuverable wing. The pumping / handling compromise is great for energetic riders.
  • In wing it’s perfect for a good level rider who wants to carve, go fast, jump, do very good DWs, with a very decent low range.
  • In kite foil, it’s a very / too big wing. Reserved for the strong builds.

The XL-S has a 89cm wingspan, 1500cm², 2.5cm thick for a volume of 1.9L.

  • In surf foil this is a large wing which is suitable for riders under 80kg who want a very easy perf wing after their beginner wing, or for heavier riders who want a fast and maneuverable wing. The pumping / handling compromise is great for energetic people.
  • In wing it’s perfect for a good level rider who wants to carve, go fast, jump, do very good DWs, with a very decent low range.
  • In kite foil, it’s a very / too big wing. Reserved for the very strong builds.

The XL has a 92cm wingspan, 1900cm², 2.7cm thick for a volume of 2.5L.

  • In surf foil, this is a large wing which is suitable for lightweight people who want a very easy perf wing after their beginner wing, or for heavier riders who want a fast wing that is very easy to pump and maneuverable. The pumping / handling compromise is great for strong and energetic foilers.
  • In wing it’s perfect for a resourceful rider who wants to fly early, go faster than a beginner wing, surf soft waves, relaxed carves but efficient, work his transitions, put tricks in glide, do excellent DW, with a great low range.
  • In kite foil: forget it, it’s too big.

The XL-T has a 102cm wingspan, 2100cm², 2.7cm thick for a volume of 2.8L.

  • In surf foil, this is a very large wing which is suitable for lightweight dock / beach starters, but especially strong ones who want a load-bearing wing that is very easy to pump and which remains maneuverable. The pumping / handling compromise is ideal for strong foilers. You can do 100kg and go over great distances in pumping, do 5 waves without throwing up. It’s great in soft waves.
  • In wing this size starts to be very / too big. It’s perfect for flying very, very early, going faster than a beginner wing, surfing very soft waves, working your transitions, doing DWs, with an unbeatable low range.
  • In kite foil: forget it, it’s too big.

The XXL has a 120 cm wingspan, 2800 cm², 2.9 cm thick for a volume of 4.1L.

  • In surf foil, it’s a giant wing that is suitable for heavier people for dock / beach starts, and that is dedicated to easy pumping. You can be 120kg and go over great distances by pumping without throwing up. It’s a wing that is limited in surfing due to its wingspan that will overtake you in the curves, and should therefore be reserved for very soft waves.
  • In wing this size is very / too big. Without interest.
  • In kite foil: same, it’s too big.

Understanding the shapes

The shape of the Curve is dedicated to turns.

The leading-edge outline is very rounded and projected, the tips are well back from the centre. This curved look makes turns easy and healthy. The camber of the front wing seen from the front is large enough to prevent the tips from coming out of the water in every curve, but not too much. So, that if one tip comes out of the water in a curve, the other will not give you a hard hit that will cause you to stall out. The profile is moderately thick, supercritical and offers the smoothest glide possible.

Our Shaper, Patrice Guénolé, has exaggerated the characteristics of each size to get the best out of each range of use. The smaller front wings are therefore adapted to high speeds and the large ones to lower speeds. The criterion of choice is therefore not only the size of the Foiler

For safety reasons, the tips have an almost flat and thick facet to limit the risk of injury. The ideal, for performance, would be a sharper shape. We refuse to do that. So, the tip vortex is slightly higher but it is better to have a front wing that flies at 25 knots instead of 27 knots but doesn’t pierce your belly if you fall on it. The trailing edges are not sharp either even though they are thinner than the Rise profile. You can cut yourself on impact but we keep a flat facet on the tail to never be sharp.

Instructions

Innovation is at the core of our products

Our wings are made of 90% Prepreg 3K carbon, with more than 15 layers of carbon fiber in total. High tension points such as the joints and connections are reinforced with Kevlar to resist tearing and glass for tolerance. Moulded at high pressure and high temperature on a foam core, our wings and stabs are practically indestructible. Both rigid and floating, they are the perfect balance between contained weight and infinite durability.

This technology has been tested and proven for over three years without any breakage on 30,000 ALLVATOR foil wings. In the event of a violent impact on a rock, you can easily repair them and they will be as good as new.

You will never see a GONG wing open on a leading edge because our unique draping technique crosses the layers of fibres. So there is no parting line on our wings. The entire outline has overlapping gaps, just like the rails on your top of the range boards.

This foil is completely dismountable to adapt to all sports at a lower cost and give you the possibility of replacing a damaged part. A complete spare parts catalogue is available, to allow you to make it compatible with multiple supports (Surf / SUP / Kite / Wing), and to explore the entire range of use of the foil in each sport and at all levels.

Please note that GONG is at the forefront of foil development. We have been at the origin of the creation of the biggest foil factory that produces the major brands today. 18 months of intense work and dozens of tools developed. So don’t imagine that our foils are made in a gloomy garage. We develop all our products according to the rules of the art, with many internal engineers, with state-of-the-art 3D software, countless tests, with a Team at the highest level. That’s one of the reasons why we can offer low prices and refined products: we know what we’re doing from A to Z. We do not sell freelance designed foils. Our teams are at work year round and dedicated to the development of our products.

Buying guide

For whom ?

This is the wing for those who already know how to fly, but it is a very easy front wing.

  • In surf foil, you must have an intermediate level because this foil is not as tolerant at low speed as beginner foils like the Rise are. With this minimum level and more, you will have a blast.
  • In wing, the Curve can be your beginner’s wing, as long as you have basic knowledge of gliding.
  • In kite foil, the Curve can also perfectly be your beginner’s wing, provided you have basic knowledge of gliding.

For what ?

This foil is made for curves.

  • In surf foiling, it’s the magical combo of a fairly high speed and mind-blowing cornering ability over the entire speed range.
  • In wing, it’s clearly the most versatile front wing. You can fly early and at high speeds (close to 25 knots for the pros). It’s the queen of carvings in the swell, the wing you trust, that flies on instinct. It’s obviously a great wing for transitions and tricks.
  • In kite foil, the Curve gives you the right amount of top speed not to be frustrated, and ensures in the lower range to carve and link the moves with a perfect glide. Exquisite.

What size ?

Here is a view of the ideal weight of the rider for each wing and each use:

The S-T has a 63 cm wingspan, 800 cm2, 1,5 cm thickness for a volume of 0,63L.

  • In surf foil: less than 65kg and a very good level in normal waves and less than 80kg in big waves.
  • In wing: less than 65kg and a very good level for strong wind.
  • In kite foil: less than 80kg and a good level.

The M has a 69cm wingspan, 1100 cm², 2.2 cm thick for a volume of 1.1L.

  • In surf foil: less than 65kg in normal waves and less than 85kg in bigger waves.
  • In wing: less than 65kg or very good level and strong wind.
  • In kite foil: less than 85kg.

The M-T has a 73cm wingspan, 1150cm², 2.0cm thick for a volume of 1.14L.

  • In surf foil: less than 70kg in normal waves and less than 95kg in bigger waves.
  • In wing: less than 70kg or very good level and steady wind.
  • In kite foil: less than 95kg.

The L has a77cm wingspan, 1350cm², 2.4cm thick for a volume of 1.6L.

  • In surf foil: less than 75kg in normal waves and more than 85kg in bigger waves.
  • In wing: less than 75kg or good level and steady wind.
  • In kite foil: from 80kg to 110kg.

The L-T has a 85cm wingspan, 1450cm², 2.3cm thick for a volume of 1.66L.

  • In surf foil: less than 85kg in normal waves and more than 90kg in the bigger waves.
  • In wing: less than 90kg or good level and established wind.
  • In kite foil: forget.

The XL-S has a 89cm wingspan, 1500cm², 2.5cm thick for a volume of 1.89L.

  • In surf foil: from 75 to 90kg in normal waves.
  • In wing: 70kg and more, or light beginners.
  • In kite foil: forget.

The XL has a 92cm wingspan, 1900 cm², 2.7 cm thick for a volume of 2.55L.

  • In surf foil: from 80 to 95kg in normal waves.
  • In wing: 75kg and more, or light beginners.
  • In kite foil: forget.

The XL-T has a 102cm wingspan, 2100 cm², 2.7 cm thick for a volume of 2.80L.

  • In surf foil: more than 90kg in normal waves.
  • In wing: 85kg and more for light and irregular wind.
  • In kite foil: forget.

The XXL has a 120 cm wingspan, 2800 cm², 2.9 cm thick for a volume of 4.16L.

  • In surf foil: pumping and soft waves for all sizes.
  • In wing: 95kg and more for light and irregular wind.
  • In kite foil: forget.

You’ll use a bigger foil in lower ranges, softer conditions. And conversely a smaller foil in those recommended for stronger conditions. The important thing to remember is that the choice of your front wing depends on your size, which requires lift, and your average speed, which generates lift.

When pumping from dock start or beach start, we recommend the wings as follows:

  • The M, the MT, the L: forget. It’s of no interest.
  • The LT: less than 55kg.
  • The XLS: less than 65 kg.
  • The XL: less than 75kg.
  • The XLT: less than 95kg.
  • The XXL: above 95kg.

In DW, we tend to think that the bigger the better. With moderation though, but yes, it’s often the rule.

Quiver partner ?

The Curve foil is ideal with all boards without restriction.

Positioning of the foil ?

For the GONG foils, place the plate in the rear third in surf, SUP and kite, and in the middle of the US rails in wing.

The more you move it forward, the more it makes the board pitch up. The further you move it backwards, the more the nose of the board dives.

Be careful not to move it too far forward. We often tend to forget to use the back foot, especially when we have a kite foil background. However, moving the foil back a little forces you to put more weight on the back foot and gives a more harmonious attitude and reduces effort.

Shipping

Availability:

The dates of availability of all our products are written on each product page, in the size and colour of the product concerned.

These dates are valid at the moment you consult the site and/or place an order. It is possible that this product may be ordered a few seconds after your consultation. It then becomes unavailable. If you have placed an order, this change does not concern you: the product you order is still available on the date indicated at the time of your order.

We sell several thousand products per week. The stocks are therefore very evolutionary. But our management always shows you the real availability live.

If it’s available online: it’s available ?

Pre-order:

Some articles are proposed in pre-order during their routing to our premises. You can buy this article which will arrive at our place in a few weeks. This method avoids the fair to grab upon receipt of the lot and the disappointed ones who would not order within the hour.

Upon receipt, we will ship it to you as a regular order.

The times indicated on the pre-orders are 95% reliable. First of all, because we only pre-sell finished products that are arriving to us after Customs, and therefore shipped right after. And also, because we add decent margins with concern to the dates announced by the shipping companies or railways.

However, a Worker Strike, a breakdown, an overbooking, can unfortunately happen. In the case of a delay, you will be notified by email (check your spam). It is generally less than a week and totally independent of our good will.

As soon as we receive the container in La Baule, we ship your order within three working days. Then the carrier takes over: delivery time and tracking numbers are under their responsibility.

It is possible that the date displayed on the online for the pre-order of the item you have ordered and paid for may change for two reasons:

  1. All quantities of the batch are sold (most common reason). In this case, orders placed for the first container will be delivered as scheduled.
  2. The container is late and we have to shift the date by a few days. (Strikes, breakdowns, overbooking, can unfortunately happen). You will be notified by email.

We never change the delivery dates of a container without notifying customers.

Delays:

The dates that we announce are shipping deadlines, which GONG has in stock and available here physically.

We usually give a shipping time within 3 days, but in most cases, we ship within 24/48 hours. Normally morning orders leave in the afternoon for example.

Then the transport service takes over. The variables are then important between the customer being delivered to France (very fast) or Bulgaria (a good week) or to a forwarding agent or to Asia or the USA… You understand that each location has its own type of delay.

We work with serious and well-known carriers. They do their utmost to make you happy even if a snafu can happen. In any case, we are there to make things easier and to arrange our customers.

Shipping Fees:

Contrary to others, we do not hide shipping costs in the price of our products. At GONG everyone knows exactly what he pays. The transport is charged at its strictest value, and the person who comes to pick up his products does not pay hidden transport fees.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of each package, and your delivery address. To this is added a labour time of order preparation.

The invoicing of the shipping costs is identical in continental France and in the bordering European countries. A surcharge is automatically invoiced for deliveries to the most distant European countries and all European islands.

For a shipment in French overseas departments and territories or outside Europe, our logistics department will contact you before the payment stage to give you an estimate of the shipping costs. You will be able to accept this estimate and pay your order, or refuse it and cancel your order.

Any questions:

We answer you within 24 hours by email. But 95% of your questions are answered on the site. Try to use our contact form which will guide you to all these answers.

Don’t forget to read the Forum, where thousands of users exchange information and experiences.

In any case, don’t panic. If you don’t get an answer during the weekend, it’s normal: the team is resting ?

We are passionate and professional in our job. Our only goal is to make you happy, as much as possible ?

Eco-responsible packaging:

Preserving the environment is a top priority. That’s why we are doing everything possible to reduce our environmental footprint.

The first thing is to sell quality products that will last, be repairable and will please you for a long time.

The second thing is to sell for less. Most of the pollution coming from a Board is in its use (the km driven to use it) and in the countless environmental damages you have to do to pay for it. Each euro spent is a sum of damage related to your life quite simply: eating, working hard etc… By reducing the price of our products, we significantly reduce your ecological footprint on this item.

For our shipments we use:

  • Flexi-Hex: ecological packaging of very high resistance.
  • Paper Craft Scotch Tape.
  • Final packaging made of high-end cardboard.

All this for:

  • Reusable and recyclable packaging.
  • An almost total reduction of single-use plastic.
  • Maximum protection and impact resistance thanks to the innovative design of Flexi-Hex honeycomb (35mm thick).

Tracking of your parcels :

The tracking of deliveries is directly ensured by the carriers to whom we have entrusted your parcels. They will contact you by email or SMS to allow you to choose the delivery methods and to follow the route of your package.

If you ask us for this tracking, we will have to do as you do: we will go see on the carrier’s app because they are the ones who manage and are responsible for this job.

Delivery:

We collaborate with the best transport providers to deliver you everywhere in Europe and in the world in very short delays.

We have chosen them for their quality of service and their respect of deadlines. 80% of your orders reach their destination in less than 48 hours of processing in metropolitan and continental France.

For Europe, the delays vary from 3 to 6 days depending on the country of destination.

For the rest of the world, delays can be up to 15 days.

Please note that the transport time is added to the preparation/shipping time. Two companies work on your order (GONG and the carrier). Each one controls its activity and commits itself to optimize its delays so that you are delivered as soon as possible, in good condition and at a reasonable price.

Reception of your front wing:

Upon delivery, simply open and inspect the condition of your Board in the presence of the carrier. A complete email explaining the procedure to follow will be sent to you when your order is shipped.

In spite of our requirements and all the care we take in packaging and protecting your Board, transportation hazards may occur. Even if it concerns less than 2% of everything we ship around the world, a Board can suffer a more or less important transportation shock.

But in any case, don’t worry, just refuse it, and a new Board will be shipped back to you.

Returns:

You can choose to return your products if:

  • You are not satisfied (14 days right of retraction).
  • You want to change an item.
  • You have refused your package.

For each situation, contact us by our contact form to help you.

  1. Pierre

    🥳 OLD but GOLD 🤪 – Curve XXL 2800cm² in 120cm.
Finally i managed to get into the wave by pumping. The most important thing now is an active and conscious regeneration while the glide phases. I’m super pleased. I feel it, i see it and i love it 🥰. Yohann Roussel thank you so much for all your support on so many pump topics. Hell June thanks for the Curve 😄 what a beast 🦛. Greetings from Poland – Baltic Sea.
In full anticipation of my GONG SIRUS 116cm, 156cm and the new HM72cm 🤩🤩🤩

  6. Mathis (verified owner)

Curve XL – nice an much faster than Rise

  7. Ma Ge (verified owner)

I changed from Rise XL to Curve XL and did not change the stab (still go with the Rise Stab). There is a big difference in Speed – much faster! In curves and jibes more stable an much more fun. Starting to fly as early as the Rise. All in all a very good upgrade! My weight is 70kg.

  8. Olek Czapla (verified owner)

I’m surprised how well the Gong Curve XXL, 2800cm² at 120cm works with a short mast (65cm) and the new fluid 45H stab. I even broke my time record. I really didn’t expect that. I usually fly the Fluid XXL-T and the Fluid XXLH with the new H stabs. Of course I was much slower but no less supple. A very chill setup. Next time I will even try the 50cm mast.

  9. Olivier Maigret (verified owner)

  10. Vincent Pruvot (verified owner)

Changed from a Rise L to a Curve LT when I was learning gybe. The performance increase is very significant, yet still accessible. It’s really worth trying the Curve for some time before moving to even more performant.

  11. Warrick (verified owner)

After another 10 sessions, I decided to try my Curve XLT again, with the X-Over L stab. Yes! Now it works! The combination of my improved technique and the mega pull of the Superpower had me on foil easily. Very quickly I moved into the Curve L stab, and I enjoyed this a lot for probably another 5 sessions or so. I was starting to play with curves and pumping, and was beginning to understand how to pump onto foil too, so my range of low wind conditions became wider again.

The Curve is the gateway to the real action wings – the Veloce, the Fluid – but I believe that it is necessary to take this step. It keeps the sessions fun and progressing as fast as possible, rather than trying to leap straight out from the Rise into the extreme performance wings.

  12. Baptiste Barbier (verified owner)

  15. François Couret (verified owner)

Curve XLT definetly fine for a beginner. After some sessions, deadstart is clearly doable (I’m 77kg).

I use the M size for kiting and I’m a big fan of this wing. It turns like a dream. Great stall speed for learning manoeuvres but it has a decent top speed and upwind. I recommend it 100% for kitefoiling in the waves!

Curve ST is my go-to foil for strapless kitefoiling, very good in all aspects, speed, low speed lift, turning radius etc
    awesome foil

  26. Yohann

Warning:

The practice of the Foil carries risks of major accidents. A bad mastery of the Foil can cause cuts, serious wounds, even death, for you and/or others.

The Foil must be practiced taking all the precautions when used in Kite because they are increased in comparison to those related to the Foilsurf. Remember that the Foil is long, sharp, and can reach high speeds. To be hit by a Foil, or to strike a third party can have dramatic consequences.

Foil always far from others, in safe and unobstructed water.

The Foil is mainly used in the light wind. This one can fall and force you to go swimming. Therefore, do not overestimate your strengths: never go further than what you can swim under present and announced conditions.

Wear a helmet and protective jacket to ensure your buoyancy. Always wear a full neoprene wetsuit.

When handling the foil, be careful not to cut yourself on the trailing edges.

GONG declines all responsibility in the event of an accident involving a GONG Foil. The Foil practice and its benefits/consequences is under the sole responsibility of the Foil user.

The danger in sports practised depends in large part in respecting fundamental rules for safety, priorities, and local regulations that are required for spots.

Each user of GONG-GALAXY products is responsible for making sure that he is at least covered by civil liability insurance, if necessary, by purchasing a sports license.

The rules for maintenance, use, and safety are found in the instructions for use delivered with each product. Special statement regarding “foils” products

The practice of foils, in every medium, presents a special hazard. Notwithstanding the contents of the instructions for use of each product, it is imperative that a few simple rules be observed:

  • Wear a safety vest and a helmet. Foils contain areas of impact that are indispensable for their proper operation, but which present a real danger in the event of a shock. You are most exposed to this risk as a practitioner on the device. You must therefore protect yourself, consequently, using adequate equipment that meets standards. And you must protect yourself by never placing yourself in an at-risk situation. Your behaviour determines the risk you take.
  • Except for kite surf boards, equip your board, at all times, with a leash that is at least equal to the length of the board, as well as foot straps. These elements make it possible not to completely release the board in the direction of other users. Never move in a distance that is less than the length of your leash plus that of the board plus your centreboard should you fall amongst other practitioners. You must never bring a third party into this diameter which forms the area in which your activity presents risk.
  • Only practice in spots that are conducive for the activity (secure water entry, lack of shore break, regular bottom, orientation adapted the wind direction, etc.) and not frequented by practitioners of other nautical sports. A foil’s speeds require that the solo practitioner or one amongst multiple foil practitioners move in an environment where each person anticipates and has awareness of the others’ trajectories.
  • Scrupulously follow the rules of priority, especially since inertia and manoeuvrability are different from traditional media, above all for beginners. Courtesy and the sense of responsibility must be part of your practice so as not to create deviant behaviour that might lead to an accident.
  • Pay attention to the other practitioners, and generally speaking, to all users of the water body, even if they do not have priority in your area of movement (they may, among other things, underestimate your speed and your danger zone). Never practice around children or people who are unfamiliar with the sport, as their reactions might be completely unpredictable. You would be fully liable. GONG SUP will do everything in its power to alert you to the risks and explain to you the practical framework that we recommend. You cannot ignore these instructions as this would endanger you and everyone else, and jeopardize the GONG SUP brand which is a responsible company.
  • Pay attention to the water depth, since the presence of an appendage with several tens of centimetres below a beach vehicle is a new data point for a good number of practitioners, even those familiar with watersports. Breakage associated with pressure against or striking the bottom is not covered by the warranty.
  • Maintain and check your equipment regularly, and make no technical modification to it other than products and solutions sold by GONG-GALAXY. Never sharpen the trailing edges, as they would become cutting both for you and for the leash, thereby no longer holding onto the board!

It is highly recommended that you begin foil practice in an appropriate pedagogical setting, by means of an accredited club or school, that you read all of her articles on the GONG forum. This is to allow you to acquire an appropriate level of self-sufficiency and a real knowledge of the stakes in the practice of foil.
