NEWS: THE WING WORLD CUP OF OUR TEAM RIDERS !!!

The month of May opened with the first round of the Wing GWA World Cup during the Mondial du vent in Leucate with the best riders from all over the world.

Faced with all these stars, our team riders Malo Guénolé, aged only 15, and Béryl Besseau, who each took part in their first competition in a wind sport, performed well in a format where experience is essential.

Malo finished in a superb 4th place overall, first youngster.

Béryl finished 5th overall with leading performances in Race including a second place finish in round 2.

Gone with very little preparation, they really had a blast. Not even a watch for the starts of heats! They went for the fun of it. They had some great surf foil sessions just before the event. Perfect to sympathize without pressure with the legends of our sports.

We salute all the participants for their performances, starting with Titouan Galéa who surgically wins the event in front of a Balz Muller of incredible creativity who is matched only by his commitment. Our GONG ambassador Paul Loustau who had good heats in Race.

Our two local champions return with a multitude of tricks in addition to their repertoire, a great level, and a head full of ideas to hit the next stage in Switzerland.
