This is a new step in the commitments we have set for ourselves to limit our plastic consumption: the packaging of all the spare parts of our foils is now exclusively made of cardboard!
This new step is a significant one for our company whose packaging management is a key element of our model: the packaging must guarantee the protection of products until their delivery, allow efficient storage, have a limited cost to not impact the price of the product and be as neutral as possible for our environment, to name just a few of the constraints. So the task was not easy. This progress is the result of an important concerted effort of our product and logistics division as well as with our various external partners.
As for our efforts to completely eliminate plastic from the packaging of our rigid boards, cost increases had to be absorbed. Unfortunately, plastic free solutions are still less competitive than plastic solutions. However, we assume our commitments without impacting the final price of our products.
Our desire is always to provide you with quality equipment at the right price while remaining consistent with our values. The growing trust you place in us encourages us to stay the course on these values that have been ours from the very beginning.
