Become a salesperson in an amazing surf shop at GONG, and join a dynamic and fast growing team! We are looking for a person passionate about board sports who will be able to offer quality advice to our customers.
You’ll be one of the friendly and joyful salespersons for the GONG Space Center, a place inspired by our passions, our travels, our creations and representing our DNA. This new work environment includes shaping rooms, a one-of-a-kind surf shop, a restaurant-bar, a fitness room, after sesh shower rooms, our design offices, an R&D test center, the Pro Team home base, the photo/video studio, logistics and much more.
Within this unique environment, your mission will be to perfectly advise visitors of the GONG Space Center, so that their next session is a great one. With an irreproachable shop, you will make them live an amazing moment.
At GONG, we only sell direct. The GONG Space Center is therefore the only physical shop for GONG products in the world. The customer’s experience must be impeccable!
Our new Surf Shop Salesperson must:
- Welcome, serve and advise our customers.
- Sell GONG products or partner brands.
- Participate in the life and good performance of the shop.
- Helping our customers have fun on the water.
The candidate for the position:
- Is passionate about board sports.
- Masters the technical aspects of our products.
- Masters sales techniques.
- Is personable and enjoys customer contact.
- Is patient, pedagogue and likes to share.
- Is organized, rigorous.
- Potentially has surf shop experience.
