JOB: BUYER WITHIN OUR PRODUCT DIVISION

Join our product division as a Buyer!

For this position we are looking for a technical profile who, through his experience or his training, can demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the issues related to this type of function.

The Buyer manages product purchases and plans needs based on sales and stock. His primary concern is to have the products in stock at the right time so that all our customers are satisfied. He participates in all phases of forecasting and budgeting. But above all, he carries out a daily adjustment of our needs in our thirty factories.

A Buyer at GONG is not a negotiator. GONG owns its technologies and subcontracts for years. So the price is defined naturally by the cost of the components and the time spent. We are therefore not looking for a pit bull 😉 On the other hand, this funciton will work closely with our sales team, our digital department, the marketing division and our engineers to best predict the success range by range.

His job is to generate smiles among customers who can have their product for the weekend when going for new gear.

Essential condition: a profile passionate about watersports and adherent to the DNA of GONG. It is a total immersion in board sports. Passion is therefore essential and is a plus for integration within a team/family that fully shares it.
