We are currently experiencing a slight delay in deliveries, the details of which are as follow :

1/ Small parcels with accessories are treated in 24H to 48H. Don’t worry.

2/ The Boards require more time because following the Covid, the Board factories did not have the time to install the pads before getting them out and respecting the delivery times. . These are made in other factories and the timing between them did not work out, for reasons that we all understand.
So we have to unpack each Board, glue the pad, open the straps inserts, and repack everything… a real pleasure :mrgreen:  :mrgreen:  :mrgreen:
Orders with this type of product are a little over a week late. Our apologies 🙁 🙁

3/ Packages over 3m, so 9’2 effective, are still not accepted by the carriers.

I have hired 4 people in the stock these last two weeks to reduce this delay and to reinforce the team durably. In addition to that, two new technical advisors to answer your emails, one person to the online, and we are still looking for an international advisor, a community and a product person.

We have also profoundly reorganized the logistical tasks, and thus gained 30% more daily departures.

Our sales volume is 3 times that of last year. Every week we sell the annual volume of a large surf shop. It’s absolutely crazy but we face your requests with the greatest serenity. Our goal is simply to make you happy, so we give the best of ourselves.

So with this message I want you to understand our post-Covid situation and know that we are not standing idly by or in panic: we hire, we organize and we give you the best we can.
