The easiest way to contact our services is by email. We answer within 24 hours on average. HELP/CONTACT

We do not answer the phone in season due to lack of time, but we call you if a problem requires it.

But before we get to the email exchanges, please note:

  • 1/ The product pages and homepages, but also the how to pages which contain an infinite amount of information.
    You will be able to find everything you need to make a decision for your purchases.
  • 2/ The Forum is hyper active, with threads fed by real users.
    Take the opportunity to ask your questions so that they are useful to people in your situation.
  • 3/ If your request is about container arrival times, they will be 99% in line with what was indicated at the time of your order.
    We do not change them. We do not shift containers. We respect our deadlines.
    Obviously Covid causes a delay for all the actors within the trade, but it will be solved quickly. It is only a few days.
    Information on the status of your order is sent to you by automatic email. Check your spams.

In any case, we are at your service and well intentioned.
We can make mistakes like everyone else, but it’s on the fringe and I want to assure you that our operation is both rigorous and at the service of our customers. We never make fun of people or hide behind non-answers. We take responsibility for what we do because we do it well and with you in mind. This is GONG’s DNA.

Posting a spiteful comment on social media or an evaluation is not a sure or fair way to get a reaction. Again: we do our job well, and in a very helpful frame of mind. So there’s no point in trying to bring us down spitefully, unless it’s a desire to hurt people on my team.

We have to be aware that if we have the freedom to move around and have fun again, the Covid is still there.
It has permanently disrupted the organisation of the transporters and caused many delays.
We are overcoming this delay by doubling the number of staff, without looking at the expenses involved.
Try to be a little lenient, we always find solutions.
