INFO : CHOOSE YOUR COUINE MARIE !!!

When it comes to choosing your Board, you have to take into account the discipline you are looking to focus on, so you make sure you’re making the right choice.

Note that in theory any Board can do almost anything. So choosing at the first glance is a real learned technique. Here, we are talking about an optimisation of the judgment when choosing for those who hesitate.

What do you want to do?

The program of each Board shows a dominant trait in its behaviour. The first thing to do is to identify YOUR desire, then the ideal Board will be simple to put in front of you because our ranges are very clear-cut.

Surfing:

If you only plan to surf with your Couine Marie, turn to the ShortSUP range. Three sizes are available (7’5, 8’5 and 9’5). These Boards remain accessible to those who want to go SUP in the waves but for whom transport or storage space is a real problem.

SUP for Fishing

The Couine Marie Fishing is the SUP Board dedicated to fishing. It is wide, especially at the tail to be as stable as possible when you load or handle your fishing gear. The front third of the Board is tapered to keep good paddling rhythm and to glide smoothly. The thickness of 6″ provides all the necessary volume for the loading capacity and comfort. It is equipped with all the accessories to get out and lure in some fatties in serenity 😉

Conclusion

Everyone has their own style, their own desires. It is fundamental to start by clarifying all this before questioning oneself on the Board.

You can also undersize or oversize the Board in each “program” to adapt each type of program to a level of radicality and comfort and to suit your needs.
It is therefore necessary to integrate the comfort/performance compromise in order to choose the size of Board you want in a range.
Generally speaking, when looking for an Inflatable, it is a mistake not to give priority to comfort.
But spending time inflating a big Board can also be a brake to the actual practice.
So you have to balance between oversizing and undersizing.

It’s up to you 😉
