How to boost your speed to pass through large sections : push down on your legs on the way downslope!

Flex, extension….

The key :

Push when the water resists you.

Lighten up when it goes down.

Have a dynamic rhythm.

Look towards the horizon.

Use the upper body to accentuate weight loss by lifting shoulders and arms, but do not overdo it to avoid imbalance.
