It’s a revolution in the inflatable SUP boards world!

  FCS II boxes are now fitted to inflatable boards and GONG is the company making it happen. Thanks to our patented inclusion system you have access to performances of the FCS II boxes that were previously reserved for rigid boards. The strengths are threefold: quick connection, performance and hydrodynamics.  

Quick connection

You can now insert or remove your fin without any tools. Simply clip the fin into its box and go surf. The times desperately asking the whole parking lot for the right key are over. If you want to change the setup to a single fin it’s just as easy. Just unclip the fin.

Performance

The times of fins wiggling in the box are over too. There are no more screws to tighten every 2 sessions. The fin fits firmly in its box. This translates into more responsiveness, therefore more drive, acceleration and ultimately speed.

Hydrodynamics

Hydrodynamics, the essence of surfing, is also improved. Unlike standard FCS models, the fin leading edge becomes one with its base, which optimizes water flow.   The very first inflatable board to take advantage of FCS II technology is naturally our performance-oriented model, the COUINE MARIE SHORTSUP. The result is a phenomenal reactivity and a remarkable grip in the turns. The COUINE MARIE RIVER is also equipped with FCS II lateral boxes that give you the choice:

• A deeper single fin mounting which will limit the row when cruising
• Quad set-up with 4 smaller fins that facilitate the passage through danger zones and shallow areas
