The new 2020 GONG Wing Pulse and Superpower are online

The practice of The Wing at a high level is evolving very quickly and your needs with it. For 2020, GONG offers two new generations of Wing profiles, the Pulse and the Superpower. Here is the presentation video:

The Wing Pulse

This Wing is dedicated to high performance. You will have at hand a very rigid wing, with a very stiff hollow section but that maintains control over the de-power. This new generation of profile offers impressive stability at high speeds and optimises the upwind performance. The power base has been boosted with an extra panel between the batten and the spinnaker. This panel allowed us to reduce the diameter of the batten, resulting in a significant weight loss. In the jumps, the lift is crazy. You’ll arrive balls blazing and it climbs and you’ll be able glide for a long time. If you’re looking for pure performance, The Pulse will be a revelation. Available in five colors (green, red, white, blue and yellow), and in six sizes (2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m, and 7m), to build you a quiver to handle the most conditions.

The Wing Superpower

This Wing delivers all the power you’ve been dreaming of. This Wing has been developed to give you a maximum of pleasure in marginal conditions, whether in light wind of course, but also on complicated spots with strong wind, currents or strong wind variations. The Superpower is a compact, super stiff, deep trough wing with a deep and very well-balanced hollow section while maintaining total de-power control and that has excellent handling. The power of the Super Power gives you the torque you need for efficient pumping. And once in flight, nothing will stop you. It’s really impressive. Available in neon green, and in two sizes (6m and 9m).
